Dr. Glenn Liu

Dr. Glenn Liu, MD, is a medical oncologist and clinical researcher specializing in genitourinary cancers, particularly prostate cancer and testicular cancer. He is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and serves as Director of the UW Carbone Cancer Center’s Phase I Clinical Trials Program. Dr. Liu earned his medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, completed his internal medicine residency at Loyola University Medical Center, and his fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Liu’s research focuses on the development and early-phase evaluation of novel therapies for prostate cancer, including targeted agents, radiopharmaceuticals, and immunotherapies. He has played a significant role in studies involving radionuclide therapy and biomarker-driven clinical trials, with the goal of advancing personalized cancer treatment. His work bridges laboratory insights and patient care, ensuring rapid translation of promising new treatments to the clinic.
