Dr. Harbour earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Wills Eye Hospital, and pursued fellowship training in Ocular Oncology and Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco. He is board-certified in Ophthalmology and is widely regarded for his leadership in translational research and precision medicine in ocular cancers.
