Dr. Mansi Dalal

Dr. Mansi Dalal, MD, is a respected pediatric hematologist–oncologist specializing in leukemia and lymphoma in children, adolescents, and young adults. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology and Oncology within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine and is a clinical investigator with the UF Health Cancer Center. Dr. Dalal earned her medical degree and completed her residency in pediatrics before pursuing fellowship training in pediatric hematology and oncology at the University of Florida. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology–Oncology and is recognized for her expertise in delivering compassionate, multidisciplinary care to young patients with hematologic malignancies.

Dr. Dalal’s research is focused on understanding the role of epigenetic dysregulation in relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia and developing strategies to improve outcomes following hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation. She has designed and contributed to early-phase clinical trials aimed at introducing novel therapeutic approaches for high-risk pediatric patients, and she is engaged in translational projects that link molecular discoveries with clinical innovation. Her scholarship has centered on identifying predictors of treatment resistance, advancing biomarker-driven therapies, and refining supportive-care practices to reduce complications and improve survival. Through her research efforts, Dr. Dalal has become an important contributor to the advancement of precision medicine in pediatric oncology.

In addition to her clinical and research activities, Dr. Dalal is a dedicated educator and mentor. She has trained residents and fellows in pediatric hematology and oncology and plays an active role in collaborative networks such as the Children’s Oncology Group and the Florida Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant and Cell Therapy Consortium. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to expanding access to clinical trials for children and adolescents across Florida. Through her dedication to clinical care, translational research, and mentorship, Dr. Mansi Dalal continues to advance the field of pediatric oncology and improve the quality of care for young patients with blood cancers.
