Dr. Parvesh Kumar, MD, is a distinguished radiation oncologist specializing in thoracic and gastrointestinal malignancies. He serves as Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Southern California and previously held leadership roles at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Kumar earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, completed residency training in radiation oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, and pursued advanced training in academic oncology. He is board-certified in Radiation Oncology and is recognized for his expertise in evidence-based cancer care and clinical trials.
