Dr. Sang W. Lee, MD, is a nationally recognized colorectal surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and complex pelvic conditions. He serves as Chief of the Division of Colorectal Surgery at Keck Medicine of USC and Professor of Clinical Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine, completed his general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and pursued fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Southern California. He is board-certified in General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery.
Dr. Lee is widely known for his expertise in advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques, including single-incision and transanal minimally invasive surgery.
