Dr. Thomas J. George

Dr. Thomas J. George Jr., MD, is a distinguished medical oncologist specializing in gastrointestinal cancers, with particular expertise in colorectal, pancreatic, and esophagogastric malignancies. He serves as Deputy Director of the University of Florida Health (UF Health) Cancer Center and Director of both the Gastrointestinal Oncology Program and the Experimental Therapeutics Program. Dr. George earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology and oncology.
