This study seeks to understand how endometrial cancer patients get medical information about cancer care and their satisfaction with those health-seeking methods. It also assesses patient interest in using an artificial intelligence educational resource.
Detailed description
AIM 1: Evaluate use of an AI chatbot for HPV vaccine counseling: PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: I. To determine patient satisfaction with using an AI chatbot for HPV vaccine counseling. SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: I. To understand how patients currently obtain information about cancer care, vaccines, and artificial intelligence. II. To describe patient experience with the AI-chatbot for vaccine counseling. AIM 2: Increase rates of HPV vaccine uptake: PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: I. To evaluate if implementation of an AI chatbot for HPV vaccine counseling can affect the HPV vaccination rate of new patients served in the gynecologic oncology clinic. OUTLINE: This is an observational study. Patients complete a survey on study.

Patient Satisfaction Scores
Patients will complete a survey to assess their satisfaction with using an AI chatbot for HPV vaccine counseling.

HPV Vaccination Rate
HPV vaccination rate for patients who received the HPV vaccine counseling with the AI-chatbot
