About this trial
This trial looks at how well two treatments work for people with a type of cancer called follicular lymphoma, which has a low tumor burden. One treatment is called rituximab, and the other is called mosunetuzumab. Doctors want to find out which treatment is more effective in helping patients manage their cancer and improve their health.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this trial. It is open to both men and women who have been diagnosed with low tumor burden follicular lymphoma. Certain conditions and previous treatments may affect eligibility. The trial team will confirm who can participate.

What happens in the study
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. One group will receive rituximab, while the other group will receive mosunetuzumab. Both treatments will be given through injections on specific days, and patients will have regular check-ups and scans during the study to monitor their health.
