About this trial
This study is looking at how well mosunetuzumab works for people with follicular lymphoma that has just been diagnosed. The goal is to learn if this treatment is effective for patients who have not yet received any treatment for their disease. After the first 53 participants, the study will include 23 more participants to gather more information.
This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is regulated by the FDA and hopes to include about 152 participants.
Who can join
The study is open to adults aged 18 and older, both men and women. Participants need to have newly diagnosed follicular lymphoma and need systemic therapy. The trial team will confirm eligibility before anyone can join.

What happens in the study
Participants will receive one of two treatments: either mosunetuzumab alone or mosunetuzumab combined with zanubrutinib. Everyone in the study will receive treatment, but they will not be randomly assigned to a group. The treatments will be given over several cycles, with specific doses scheduled on certain days.
