Who can join

Women aged 18 and older can join the study. This includes those undergoing colposcopy or LEEP for cervical cancer. Women who have recently bled or had preterm labor cannot participate. The team will confirm who is eligible.

What happens during the trial

Participants will use a special light device during their procedures. This includes a bench-top optical spectrometer and a portable spectrometer. Everyone in this study will receive the same treatment to help find optical signatures in cervical tissue. It will take less than 10 minutes during the procedure.
