About this trial
This trial studies how antibiotics and pembrolizumab work together after chemotherapy to help treat pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. The main goal is to see if this treatment helps the immune system fight the cancer. Researchers will also look at the safety of this combination and how well it works in patients with pancreatic cancer.
This is a Phase 2 trial, meaning it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is FDA-regulated and hopes to include about 25 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 19 and older with confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma can join. They must be able to have surgery and have no previous treatments for their cancer. Participants should agree to specific tests and procedures throughout the study. The trial team will confirm if you meet all eligibility requirements.
