About this trial
This study looks at how well azacitidine and venetoclax work to lower or get rid of measurable residual disease in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants will have received standard chemotherapy and are planning to have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this medicine combination helps reduce the chances of the cancer coming back after the transplant.
The trial's ID is NCT06773208. It is a Phase 2 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and how safe they are. This study is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 30 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have a specific type of AML and have already received chemotherapy. They should be in remission but have measurable residual disease. The study team will confirm who is eligible before joining.
