Bringing Hope: Testing a New Treatment for Advanced Solid Tumors
NCT04895709 · RecruitingThis study looks at a new medicine called BMS-986340. It aims to see how safe it is and how well it works alone or with other treatments like nivolumab or docetaxel. The study includes participants with different types of advanced solid tumors, like lung cancer and melanoma. This is a first-in-human study, which means it's one of the first times this treatment is being tested in people.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants need to have measurable disease and a tumor sample for testing. Some people, like those with certain other cancers or health issues, may not be able to join. The trial team will confirm who is eligible.
What happens during the trial
Everyone who joins will receive treatment. Participants will be placed into different groups by chance. Some will receive BMS-986340 on its own, while others will get it with nivolumab, docetaxel, or Pumitamig. The study will look at different doses in these groups to find the best ones.
