About this trial
This trial is looking at how well a medicine called mosunetuzumab works for older patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). These patients often have different needs compared to younger patients. If doctors find small amounts of cancer DNA in their blood after treatment, they will give them mosunetuzumab to help improve their outcomes. The study will also check how safe this treatment is and how it affects the overall health of older patients.
The trial's ID number is NCT06828991. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is assessing how well the treatment works and its safety. The study is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 40 participants.
Who can join
Patients aged 70 and older can join if they can't receive full-strength chemotherapy. They need to have a certain type of lymphoma and meet other health criteria. Both men and women can participate. The trial team will confirm if each person is eligible before they can join.

What happens in the study
Participants in this trial will receive mosunetuzumab if they have detectable cancer DNA in their blood after the first treatment. This is part of a single group study, meaning everyone gets the same treatment. Participants will receive six cycles of mosunetuzumab, which is given through an IV. The study will track how well the treatment works over time.
