About this trial
This trial looks at two types of radiation therapy for high-risk prostate cancer. One type is called stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). It gives five treatments in two weeks using higher doses of radiation. The other is the usual radiation therapy, which is given over four to nine weeks with more treatments. Researchers want to see if the shorter treatment is just as effective at preventing cancer from coming back.
The trial's ID number is NCT05946213. This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and their safety. About 1,209 people are expected to participate.
