Checking the Effects of Epcoritamab for Patients with B-cell Lymphoma
Recruiting · Phase 2 · Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Not Otherwise Specified and related conditions · Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Utah
This trial looks at how well epcoritamab works for patients with aggressive B-cell lymphomas who are not fully in remission after CAR-T therapy. Epcoritamab is a special type of medicine that helps the immune system fight cancer by targeting cancer cells. The goal is to see if epcoritamab can help patients achieve complete remission compared to just being monitored.
The trial's ID number is NCT06238648. This is a Phase 2 trial, meaning it is looking at how well the treatment works and its safety. It is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 120 participants.

This trial is for men and women aged 18 and older. Participants should have specific types of aggressive B-cell lymphomas and must have already received certain CAR-T treatments. They need to have measurable disease and meet other health requirements. The trial team will confirm who is eligible to join.
