About this trial
This trial looks at a new way to treat adults with a type of leukemia called CD19-positive Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia (MPAL). The goal is to see how well a medicine called blinatumomab works when given as a shot under the skin. There are three groups in the study, each with different needs and treatment stages. The study aims to help patients achieve better outcomes based on their specific situations.
This trial is identified as NCT07222579. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 78 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. This trial is open to both men and women with confirmed MPAL. Some patients may be ineligible if they have certain health issues or are receiving other treatments. The trial team will make sure that everyone meets the requirements.
