About this trial
This trial explores how safe and effective a combination of three treatments—axatilimab, retifanlimab, and paclitaxel—can be for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. These tumors may have spread from their original location to nearby tissues or other parts of the body. The goal is to see if this combination can help slow down the tumor growth and improve patient outcomes.
The trial's ID number is NCT06320405. It is a Phase 1/2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. This study is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 38 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this trial, regardless of gender or background. Participants must have a diagnosed advanced or metastatic solid tumor and have measurable lesions. Those who have relapsed from standard treatments or are not responding to them may also be eligible. The trial team will confirm if you meet all the requirements before you can join.

What happens in the study
Participants will receive the three treatments: axatilimab, retifanlimab, and paclitaxel. They will get axatilimab through an IV before the first treatment cycle and then on specific days of each cycle. Retifanlimab and paclitaxel will also be given through IV at set times. The treatment cycles happen every 28 days, and patients will also have tumor biopsies, CT scans, and blood samples taken during the study. Some may also have MRI or PET scans.
