Delivering New Hope for Patients After Pancreatic Cancer Surgery
NCT07252232 · RecruitingThis trial looks at a new medicine called daraxonrasib for patients who have had surgery for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The goal is to see if daraxonrasib helps patients stay free from cancer compared to just regular check-ups after their treatment. Participants will have completed chemotherapy before joining the study.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this study. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have had successful surgery for PDAC and no signs of cancer returning. They should also have taken chemotherapy recently and have good health overall. The study team will check eligibility details before anyone joins.
What happens during the trial
Participants are randomly placed into two groups. One group will take daraxonrasib, which comes in oral tablets. The other group will receive standard care with regular monitoring but no new treatment. This means that not everyone will get the new medicine, and outcomes will be compared between both groups.

Important dates
The trial started on December 15, 2025, and is expected to finish by July 10, 2030. It is currently enrolling new participants.
