Delivering New Treatment Options for Patients with Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
NCT07491445 · RecruitingThis trial is looking at a new medicine called daraxonrasib for patients with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The main goal is to see if daraxonrasib alone or with chemotherapy is better than the standard chemotherapy. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups to compare the treatments.

Who can join
The trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, including both men and women. Participants must have confirmed metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma and be in good health overall. Some people may not be able to join, like those who have had prior cancer treatments or certain medical conditions. The trial team will confirm who can participate.
What happens during the trial
Participants will be randomly placed into one of three groups: one will receive daraxonrasib alone, another will get daraxonrasib with chemotherapy, and the last group will receive standard chemotherapy. This way, researchers can see how well each treatment works.
