About this trial
This study looks at how well two drugs, brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab, work when added to standard treatment for early Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to see if this combination helps improve outcomes compared to standard chemotherapy alone. The trial focuses on patients with early-stage classic Hodgkin lymphoma, which is a type of cancer that affects the lymphatic system, a part of the immune system.
This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial hopes to include about 1,875 participants. It is regulated by the FDA.
Who can join
People aged 5 to 60 years with newly diagnosed classic Hodgkin lymphoma can join the study. They should have measurable cancer and meet certain health criteria, like kidney and liver function. The trial is open to both men and women. The trial team will confirm eligibility before anyone joins.

What happens in the study

All patients will receive treatment over several cycles, followed by tests to check their response to the treatment. This will help determine the best approach for their care.
