About this trial
This trial studies how well odronextamab works in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or has not responded to previous treatments. It looks at the effects of odronextamab before and after standard CAR T-cell therapy. CAR T-cell therapy is a treatment that helps the body's immune cells, called T-cells, fight cancer. Odronextamab helps these T-cells find and attack B-cells, including cancerous ones, in DLBCL.
The trial's ID number is NCT06854159. It is a Phase 2 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and its safety. This study is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 34 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. Participants must have confirmed relapsed or refractory DLBCL and must have tried at least two other treatments. They should be candidates for CAR T-cell therapy and meet specific health criteria that the trial team will confirm.
Conditions
Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Recurrent Transformed Follicular Lymphoma to Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Refractory Transformed Follicular Lymphoma to Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Age group
Adult, Older adult

What happens in the study
Everyone in the trial will receive odronextamab through an IV on specific days for several cycles. They will also receive CAR T-cell therapy if necessary. The treatment cycles will repeat every 21 or 28 days, depending on their response, for up to two years. Patients will have regular check-ups and tests to monitor their progress.
