About this trial
This study looks at how well three medicines work together for people with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Leukemia (SLL). The main goal is to see how many patients have no signs of disease after treatment. The medicines being studied are zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it focuses on how well the treatment works and how safe it is.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this study. It is open to both men and women who have not received treatment for CLL, SLL, or Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) before. Patients must be able to follow the study rules and have certain health conditions met. The trial team will confirm who is eligible based on specific guidelines.

What happens in the study
Participants will receive a combination of three medicines. They will take zanubrutinib by mouth twice a day. Obinutuzumab will be given through an IV at specific times during treatment. Venetoclax will be added later in the treatment plan. This study does not have different groups; everyone will receive the same treatment.
