Who can join
This trial is open to men and women ages 18 to 100 who have stage III or IV melanoma that cannot be treated with surgery. Participants must be able to attend scheduled visits and follow study instructions. Those with certain other cancers or untreated brain issues cannot join. What happens in the study
Participants will receive one of two treatment plans. Some will get all four medicines together, while others will receive only ipilimumab, nivolumab, and relatlimab. The treatment lasts for up to 24 weeks, with follow-up care continuing for two years. The medicines will be given at specific intervals, and the study will monitor how well they work.
