About this trial
This clinical trial looks at how dexrazoxane hydrochloride may help protect the heart after cancer treatment. It focuses on patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and osteosarcoma. The goal is to see if dexrazoxane can lower markers of heart problems and improve heart health for these patients.

Who can join
This trial is open to children, adults, and older adults who have survived leukemia, lymphoma, or osteosarcoma. Some groups are closed to new participants, but existing patients can still join. The trial team will confirm who is eligible to participate.

What happens in the study
Participants will go through some tests and assessments. Everyone will complete symptom checklists, a physical exam, an echocardiogram (an ultrasound of the heart), and a 6-minute walk test. They will also answer questions about their health and lifestyle.
