About this trial
This trial is looking at how effective lower doses of radiation are for treating metastatic tumors that have a genetic change called an ATM mutation. The goal is to find the smallest dose of radiation that still works well for these tumors. This study is focused on helping patients with metastatic cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT05010031. It is a Phase 2 study, meaning it looks at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. About 45 participants are expected to join this trial.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have a specific genetic change in their tumors and be able to provide consent. Some medical conditions and previous treatments may prevent participation, but the trial team will check eligibility.
