About this trial

This study looks at whether ivonescimab combined with either datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) or osimertinib can be safe and effective for people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has an EGFR mutation. The goal is to find the best dose that causes few or mild side effects. After finding the right dose, the researchers will test the combination in a new group of participants to see how well it treats their cancer.

Who can join

Adults aged 18 and older can join. This study is open to both men and women. Participants must have a specific type of lung cancer with an EGFR mutation and must have received other types of treatment before. The study team will confirm who is eligible to take part.

What happens in the study

Participants will be placed into different groups. Some will receive ivonescimab with Dato-DXd, and others will receive ivonescimab with osimertinib. The treatment will vary based on the group. Everyone will receive treatment, but the exact combination will depend on which group they are in. The researchers will track how well the treatments work and any side effects.
