Finding the Best Treatment Combinations for Advanced Melanoma
NCT06246916 · RecruitingThis study looks at two combinations of treatments for advanced melanoma, a type of skin cancer. One combination includes fianlimab and cemiplimab, while the other includes relatlimab and nivolumab. The main goal is to see how safe and effective these combinations are in treating melanoma. The study will also check for side effects and how the body reacts to the treatments.

Who can join
Adults 18 years and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced melanoma and have not received certain prior treatments. Some conditions may prevent participation, like certain types of melanoma or recent autoimmune diseases. The trial team will confirm who is eligible to join.
What happens during the trial
Participants will be placed in one of two groups by chance. One group will receive fianlimab and cemiplimab together, given through an IV every three weeks. The other group will get relatlimab and nivolumab, also through an IV but every four weeks. Everyone will receive treatment as part of the study.
