About this trial
This study is looking at two different treatment combinations for people with follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma that has come back after treatment. The goal is to see which combination works better at keeping the cancer from getting worse. Participants will receive either zanubrutinib with obinutuzumab or lenalidomide with rituximab, and their progress will be reviewed by independent experts.
This is a Phase 3 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial plans to include about 780 participants. It is regulated by the FDA.
Who can join
Adults 18 years and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. You should have a confirmed diagnosis of either follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma. You must have already had at least one type of treatment before. If you are currently receiving treatment or have certain other health conditions, you may not be able to participate. The trial team will confirm who can join.

What happens in the study
Participants will be placed into different groups by chance. Some will receive zanubrutinib and obinutuzumab, while others will receive lenalidomide and rituximab. After the initial treatment, those in the zanubrutinib groups will continue taking zanubrutinib alone until their disease progresses or they choose to leave the study. Everyone will have their health monitored throughout the trial.
