About this trial
This study is looking at a new medication called BSI-082 for patients with solid tumors that may have spread. The goal is to see how safe the medicine is and find the best dose. There are two parts to the study. In the first part, patients will take BSI-082 alone. In the second part, they will take BSI-082 along with another medication called T-DXd.
The trial's ID number is NCT07086768. This is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. About 57 participants are expected to join this trial, which is regulated by the FDA.
Who can join
This trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, both men and women, who have advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Patients must have had prior treatments that did not work or who cannot receive standard treatments. The study team will confirm who can join.

What happens in the study
Participants will be assigned to different groups. Some will receive BSI-082 alone at different doses. Others will receive BSI-082 along with T-DXd. Everyone will know what treatment they are receiving. The treatments will be given through an IV infusion every 21 days.
