About this trial
This study is looking at the use of blue-light photodynamic therapy and a medicine called Sonidegib. The goal is to find out if this combination can help treat people with multiple basal cell carcinoma lesions. Basal cell carcinoma is a common type of skin cancer. Current treatments can cause scarring, but this new method may help without that side effect.
The trial ID is NCT06623201. This is a Phase 1 trial, meaning it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 20 participants.
