About this trial
This study looks at how safe and effective a new treatment is for people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It combines two medicines: cemsidomide, taken as a tablet, and elranatamab, given as an injection. The first part will test different doses of cemsidomide to find out which ones are safe. The goal is to see how well these medicines may help manage the disease and what side effects they might cause.
The trial's ID number is NCT07280013. It is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. This trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 60 participants.

Adults aged 18 and older can join. Both men and women are welcome. Participants must have a diagnosis of multiple myeloma and have tried some treatments before. Some health issues may keep people from joining, but the trial team will confirm who can participate.
