About this trial
This study looks at whether the combination of three medicines—avutometinib, defactinib, and letrozole—is effective for treating low-grade serous ovarian cancer (LGSOC). Researchers also want to learn about the safety of using these medicines together. The goal is to help patients with this type of cancer.
The trial's ID number is NCT06394804. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. It is regulated by the FDA, and the goal is to include about 20 participants.
Who can join
Women aged 18 and older can join this trial. They need to have a confirmed diagnosis of low-grade serous ovarian cancer. Other health factors, like heart and organ function, will also be checked. The trial team will confirm who is eligible to participate.
