Investigating New Treatments for Advanced Colorectal Cancer with Promising Options
NCT07549412 · RecruitingThis study looks at new treatments for metastatic colorectal cancer, which is cancer that has spread from the colon or rectum to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if a new medicine called precemtabart tocentecan, either alone or with another drug called bevacizumab, can help patients live longer compared to a standard treatment. Participants must have already been treated with certain other therapies before joining the trial.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this study. It is open to both men and women. To participate, patients should have been diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer and have had no more than two previous treatment regimens for this condition. Other health issues may affect eligibility, and the trial team will confirm who can join.
What happens during the trial
Participants will be placed into three different groups by chance. One group will receive precemtabart tocentecan alone. The second group will receive precemtabart tocentecan with bevacizumab. The third group will receive a standard treatment with trifluridine/tipiracil plus bevacizumab. Everyone will get treatment at regular intervals, and doctors will monitor their health closely.
