About this trial
This study looks at how well a new medicine called BMS-986365 works compared to standard treatments for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The main goal is to see if BMS-986365 helps keep the cancer from growing. Participants will be assigned to different treatment groups to compare the outcomes.

Who can join
Men aged 18 and older can join this study. They must have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread and have previously received certain treatments. Some health conditions, like major heart problems and brain or liver metastasis, may prevent participation. The trial team will confirm who can join.

What happens in the study
Participants will be randomly placed into groups. Some will receive BMS-986365, while others will get standard treatments like Enzalutamide or Abiraterone with Prednisone. This will happen in two parts of the study, with different doses being tested in each part.
