About this trial
This trial studies a treatment called sFOLFOXIRI for people with advanced gastroesophageal cancer. The goal is to see how effective this treatment is and how well patients tolerate it. Researchers want to find out if this new combination of chemotherapy works better than standard treatments. They will also look at how long patients can live without their cancer getting worse.
The trial's ID number is NCT05332002. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The study is FDA-regulated, and the researchers hope to include about 38 participants.
