About this trial
This study is looking at how well cabozantinib works for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has specific gene changes. These changes include RET, ROS1, or NTRK fusions, or increased MET or AXL activity. Cabozantinib is a medication that helps stop cancer cells from growing. The goal is to see if this medicine can help shrink the cancer and keep it from getting bigger.
The trial's ID number is NCT01639508. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The study is regulated by the FDA and hopes to include about 86 participants.
