Offering New Hope for Patients with Advanced Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma
NCT03016819 · RecruitingThis study looks at how well a medicine called Anlotinib works for treating advanced alveolar soft part sarcoma. The main goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective. Currently, only patients with alveolar soft part sarcoma can join the study, as recruitment for other types has ended.

Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join. It's open to both men and women. Participants must have a specific type of cancer and be able to understand and sign the consent form. The trial team will check if someone is eligible before they can join.
What happens during the trial
All participants with alveolar soft part sarcoma will receive Anlotinib. Those with other types of cancer were previously divided into groups to receive either Anlotinib or another treatment called Dacarbazine. The trial is now closed for those groups.

The trial started on August 15, 2017, and is expected to finish in December 2028. It is currently enrolling new participants.
