About this trial
This study looks at a new type of radiation therapy called IMPRINT. It is for people with thymic cancer that has spread to the lining of the lungs. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and if it works well against cancer. Researchers want to find out if it causes few side effects.

Who can join
This trial is open to adults aged 18 to 79, both men and women. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of thymic cancer and evidence of cancer spread in the lungs. They need to have good overall health and meet certain medical criteria. The trial team will check if you are eligible to join.

What happens in the study
Everyone in the study will receive the IMPRINT treatment. This involves radiation therapy given over about 6 weeks, totaling 50.4 Gy in 28 sessions. Some participants may receive a higher dose for remaining cancer areas if needed. There will be no random group assignments in this study.
