This clinical study looks at the safety and effectiveness of CRX100, both on its own and together with Pembrolizumab. It involves patients with advanced solid tumors like lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and colorectal cancer. The goal is to find out how well these treatments work and how they can help patients with these cancers.
The trial's ID number is NCT04282044. It is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how safe and effective the treatment is. This trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 60 participants.
Who can join
Adults 18 years and older can join. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of certain types of solid tumors and have already tried other treatments. They should also have enough healthy tissue available for testing and agree to follow study rules. The trial team will check if each person meets these requirements before they can participate.
The study team makes the final call on eligibility.
What happens in the study
Participants will be divided into two groups: one will receive CRX100 alone, and the other will receive CRX100 with Pembrolizumab. Everyone will get treatment every nine weeks for up to four times. The doctors will adjust doses based on safety and effectiveness as the study progresses.
