Reviewing Two Treatments for Advanced Lung Cancer After Previous Therapy
NCT05671510 · RecruitingThis clinical trial is looking at two treatments for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have seen their disease progress after using PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The main goal is to see if gotistobart can help patients live longer compared to docetaxel, a standard chemotherapy drug. Participants will receive either gotistobart or docetaxel every three weeks for up to a year.

Who can join
This trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, of all genders. You can join if you have been diagnosed with metastatic squamous NSCLC and your cancer has worsened after previous treatments. Doctors will check if you meet all eligibility criteria before you can participate.
What happens during the trial
Participants will be randomly divided into two groups. One group will receive gotistobart through an IV infusion, while the other group will receive docetaxel, also through an IV infusion. Both treatments will be given once every three weeks for a cycle of 21 days.
