About this trial
This trial looks at a new medicine called ZZ06 for adults with advanced solid tumors that are positive for EGFR. These patients have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and to see how well the medicine works.
This is a Phase 1 trial looking at safety and effectiveness, and it is FDA-regulated. The trial plans to include about 60 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join if they have a confirmed advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapies. They must have a measurable tumor and good overall health. Some health issues may prevent participation. The trial team will confirm if you are eligible.
