This trial looks at how well two medicines, mosunetuzumab and polatuzumab vedotin, help patients who have received CAR T-cell therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or grade IIIb follicular lymphoma. The goal is to see if these medicines can help control or shrink the cancer after chemotherapy and CAR T-cell treatment. This is important for patients whose cancer has come back or hasn’t responded to other treatments.
The trial's ID number is NCT05633615. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means it looks at how well the treatment works and its safety. This trial is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 396 participants.
Who can join
This trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, including both men and women. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of specific types of lymphoma and must be eligible for CAR T-cell therapy. The trial team will check to ensure everyone meets the eligibility requirements.

What happens in the study
Participants first receive chemotherapy to prepare their bodies. Then, they will be randomly placed into one of four groups. One group will receive mosunetuzumab, another group will receive polatuzumab vedotin, a third group will receive both medicines, and the fourth group will not receive these treatments but will be observed. Everyone will also undergo tests like PET-CT scans and will have blood and tissue samples collected throughout the study.
