About this trial
This study looks at how well tigilanol tiglate works for patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma. The main goal is to see if this treatment can help shrink tumors and improve overall disease control. Researchers will also check how safe the treatment is and how it affects the body.

What happens in the study
Participants will receive one or more injections of tigilanol tiglate directly into their tumors. Everyone in the trial will receive this treatment. There are no comparison groups in this study.
