About this trial
This study looks at a new treatment using CAR T cells for adults with ovarian cancer that has come back and does not respond to platinum-based chemotherapy. The trial is designed to find out if this treatment can be safely given and how well it works. It is a Phase 1 trial, meaning it is one of the first steps in testing this new approach in people.
The trial ID number is NCT06646627. This is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatment works and how safe it is. The study is regulated by the FDA and aims to include about 48 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join if they have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer that has returned after treatment. They should have had at least one prior platinum-based chemotherapy.
