This trial is looking at a new approach to treating locally advanced triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). It combines four treatments: dupilumab, pembrolizumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin. The main goal is to see how safe this combination is and to understand its effects on the cancer. The study will also check how well the treatment works in helping patients.
This is a pilot study, which means it is in the early phase of testing how well the treatment works and its safety. The trial is FDA-regulated and aims to include about 15 participants.
Who can join
The trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, both men and women. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis of locally advanced triple negative breast cancer. They should not have had any treatment for this cancer before. Certain health criteria must also be met, and the trial team will confirm eligibility.
