About this trial
This clinical trial is looking at two different ways to treat newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The main goal is to see which method can help patients achieve undetectable measurable residual disease in their bone marrow. Participants will either receive a combination of two medicines called elranatamab and daratumumab or undergo a procedure called autologous stem cell transplant followed by additional treatment with lenalidomide and daratumumab.
This is a Phase 2 trial, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and how safe they are. About 100 participants will be involved, and the trial is regulated by the FDA.
