About this trial
This study looks at how well gilteritinib works with either ivosidenib or enasidenib for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or hasn’t responded to treatment. The goal is to find out if this combination is safe and helpful. Researchers will also figure out the best dose to use with minimal side effects.
This is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and their safety. The trial is regulated by the FDA, and they hope to include about 18 participants.
