About this trial
This trial studies different combinations of immunotherapy for patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The main goal is to see how these treatments affect the cancer and the safety of these treatments. Participants will receive treatment before and after surgery to remove cancer from the liver. They will be monitored for up to two years after treatment.
This trial is called NCT06300463. It is a Phase 2 study, which means it is looking at how well the treatments work and their safety. The trial is regulated by the FDA and hopes to include about 24 participants.
Who can join
Adults aged 18 and older can join this study. It is open to both men and women who have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and are planning surgery. Participants must agree to certain guidelines, like not being pregnant and not having certain health conditions. The trial team will confirm who is eligible.

What happens in the study
Participants will be randomly placed into one of three groups. Everyone will receive drug infusions, and some groups may also receive radiation. The groups are: 1) Botensilimab and Balstilimab, 2) Botensilimab, Balstilimab, and AGEN1423, and 3) Botensilimab, Balstilimab, and Radiation. Treatments will happen before and after surgery.
