About this trial
This study looks at the safety of using valemetostat along with atezolizumab for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Researchers will try different doses of valemetostat to find the highest dose that causes few or mild side effects. After that, they will check the safety and effectiveness of this treatment in a new group of participants.
The trial's ID number is NCT06807632. It is a Phase 1 study, which means it is looking at how safe the treatment is and how well it works. This study is FDA-regulated and hopes to include 24 participants.
Who can join
This trial is open to adults aged 18 and older. Both men and women can join. Participants must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer and be able to start treatment within four weeks of finishing their last chemotherapy.
